Bill is survived by his mother, Joann Knapp of Duncan Falls; his son, William (Bill) Knapp of Zanesville; his daughters, Brandi Balsley of Zanesville and Michelle and Rocky Carr of Zanesville; his sisters, Shirley and Larry Khune of Blue Rock, Pat and Steve Harrop of Blue Rock and Sue Riley of Homer City, Pa.; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh and Blake Balsley and Joslynn and Jordan Carr and several nieces and nephews.
