Speyer & Co. and The National City Co., will offer today at 91 and interest, to yield 6.65%, $17,000,000 Greek Government 40-year 6% secured sindking fund bonds, due February 1, 1968, part of the Stabilization and Refugee Loan of 1928, approved by the Council of the League of Nations. Total of $2,000,000 bonds have been withdrawn for sale in Switcherland.
