They named a street in Newport after Rear Admiral Edward C. Kalbfus shortly before he and his wife came to Washington last month; they gave a round of farewell fetes in honor of the departing couple; and one Newporter I met here yesterday declared that the queen of summer resorts "simply won't be the same without the Kalbfuses."
