The Nats stepped up production of their losing streak yesterday with two more defeats leaving the assembly line. Consecutive defeat No. 5 was an 11-inning job in favor of the White Sox, 3 to 1, and later in the afternoon the Nats turned out consecutive defeat No. 6, an eight-inning model, curtailed because of darkness. The score of that one was 4-2.
