Annapolis, Md., May 29. -- For the first time in the history of rowing at the Naval Academy, a coxswain has been elected captain of varsity oarsmen for next session. It was announced today Victor H. Krulak, of Wyoming, class of 1934, has been chosen by his mates to succeed Waldemar F.A. Wendt, of Wisconsin, who will graduate from the academy on Thursday. Francis D. Boyle, of Washington State, was elected manager.
