The Quaker meeting influence made itself felt when the President and Mrs. Hoover left Washington yesterday, with a large group of guests, to spend the week-end at their camp on the Rapidan. Driving her own car, Mrs. Hoover took the ladies of the party with her, the men accompanying President Hoover in a small cavalcade of cars.
