That there are no political ties between Marcus Allen Coolidge and Calvin Coolidge; that, on the contrary, they are political enemies, one being a Democrat and the other a Republican -- that this is so is now pretty well known. Marcus has just won his party's nomination for the United States Senate in Massachusetts, and, next month he will fight it out in the general election with the Republican nominee, William M. Butler, close friend of Calvin Coolidge.
