Paris, Nov. 6. -- Once an idol's eye, the famous Nassak diamond, which has been hawked around America since the Duke of Westminster inexplicably sold it to the Parisian jeweler, Maubossin, may be brought back to Europe as a present for Gen. Primo de Rivera on the occasion of his forthcoming investiture as marshal of Spain.
