Work at the Navy Yard is at a stand still. But few men are now employed in work under the different bureaus. Yesterday thirty caulkers were taken on and set to work on the Nipsie, now building in the ship-house. Naval Constructor W.L. Mintoney favored us with a photograph of the lately lost U.S. steamer Buron.
