From the New York Tribune. San Francisco society is very much interested in the attempt of the widow of the deceased banker W.C. Ralston, to cause Senator Staron to reopen his accounts of the Ralston state. The traveling companion of Mrs. Ralston during her recent visit to this country who, is stated, represented himself as the son of an American contractor in St. Petersburg, is J.A. Chandor.
