ANNAPOLIS, Dec. 8, 1877. -- Already the different offices for the General Assembly, which convenes on Wednesday, January 2d, are being discussed. There are several prominent gentlemen spoken of in connection with the Presidency of the Senate, noticeably among whom are Hon. Arthur P. Gorman, of Howard, and Colonel Edward Lloyd, of Talbot county.
