SAn FRANCISCO, Dec. 6. -- A Tueson despatch says letters from Guerrera and Michoaean state that Genll Alvares has issued a pronunciamento in favor of Lerdo. He has six thousand soldiers and the movement is considered important as it shows a change of opinion among the more southern provinces of Mexico, which until now were considered sale for Diaz -- Generals Juse Verra and Jesus Belonzas, are in Tueson in favor of the Lerdo party, and were ready to operate on Sonara and Senoloa.
