LONDON, Dec. 8. -- A Reuter telegram from Constantinople says: "News of the Servians crossing the frontier into Turkey turns-out to be unfounded. The Porte received advices this evening dated Nisch, yesterday, stating that all was quiet on the frontier. A portion of the Servian troops concentrated near the frontier have been withdrawn and the other portion dismissed to their homes."
