The House Committee on Privileges in Elections received and considered three reports yesterday in the Colorado Contested Election Case. One report declares that Patterson (Des.) is entitled to his seat, another that Belford (Rep.) is entitled to it, and the third that there was no election, and the State must try again. To-day the Committee will endeavor to decide finally between these three reports.
