From the New York Herald. The suit for limited divorce brought by Mrs. Matilda Morris against her husband, Col. BobiC. Morris, is still in progress before Judge Van Hoesen in the special term of the Court of Common Pleas. Owing to their preminence in social circles a large crowd thronged the court room, including relatives and friends of the contesting parties and others, who are watching with interest the result of the suit which is certainly in some of its phases one of the most remarkable that has ever been brought into the courts.
