PITTSBURG, PA., Dec. 7. -- To-day's Commercial Gazette says: "The Atlantic and Pacific telegraph office in this city, which was closed on Wednesday, opened again yesterday for business, and the impression is that it is to remain open permanently. The matter will depend on the course of legal events." The Post says: "The Atlantic and Pacific Telegraph Company's office was reopened yesterday at the old stand.
