PARIS, December 10. -- The Bonapartist Senators held a meeting yesterday evening. Several speakers pointed out that the events of the 10th of May last were accomplished without their concurrence, and that they would not participate in carrying out a similar policy under the same conditions. The Constitutionnel believes that not only the Bonapartists but the Royalist Senators will demand substantial guarantees before consenting to vote a dissolution of the Chamber of Deputies.
