Dorothy Greb, daughter of the late Harry, is the belle of East Liberty High, Pittsburgh . . . Current National loop situation is similar to 1921-22-23, when Giants received no help from other Eastern teams invading West; of first 18 games played in the tall celery, only 3 East wins were recorded -- taken from the Pirates by the Terryadors. Braves and Dodgers each blew five and Phils four.
