PHILIPPINE Ambassador Carlos Romulo was made an honorary member of the International Alpha Phi Omega fraternity, an organization composed of college Boy Scouts, in a ceremony at the Philippine Embassy chancery Tuesday. "Service on campus" is the motto of the college scouts who have 250 chapters throughout the world. The Washington chapter did the honors, handing over a certificate, autographed book and a pearl studded fraternity pin which Georgetown Foreign Service School senior Edward D. Reynolds (left) pins on Romulo's lapel. The Rev. Daniel Power, S.J., of Georgetown University looks on. Ambassador Romulo was presented the award for "service to humanity."
