[Charles Brady], 49, declined yesterday to comment on his situation or to clear up the mystery of whether the arrest took place when he was supposed to have been at work. An officer from the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority stopped Brady for allegedly driving erratically on Route 28 near the airport about 1 a.m.
Brady was supposed to be on duty until 2 a.m., taking part in a security exercise, TSA officials have said. On Thursday, Brady disputed the time of his arrest, saying he was stopped by the officer at 2:30 a.m.
