ReliaQuote, a Falls Church company that sells insurance and brokerage services online, was acquired by Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv, which provides technology services to financial industry firms. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Fiserv said annual revenue from ReliaQuote is expected to be $15 million. ReliaQuote, founded by Will Jerro in 1999, becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiserv. Jerro is to remain chief executive, and ReliaQuote's offices will stay in Falls Church.
