"Will & Grace." Thursday's battle of the celebrity guest stars was won by [Cher] on "Will & Grace," though Jack did a better Cher than Cher did. The episode scored more than 22 million viewers--the second most watched in the sitcom's three-year history. In the same time slot, celebrity "Millionaire," featuring Tyra Banks, Vivica Fox and Joy Behar, scored only 20.9 million. This is the first time any show has been able to outpace a celebrity "Millionaire."

Celebrity "Millionaire." This month's five celebrity broadcasts, including four last week, averaged nearly 24 million viewers, which is loads better than the 19 million the celeb-less versions are drawing this season. But it's a third fewer than the 35.5 million that four celebrity "Millionaire" broadcasts averaged in last May's sweeps.

The week's 10 most watched programs, in order, were: NBC's "ER"; ABC's Wednesday and Tuesday celebrity "Millionaire"; NBC's "Friends"; ABC's Sunday celeb "Millionaire"; NBC's "Will & Grace"; ABC's Thursday celeb "Millionaire"; CBS's "Everybody Loves Raymond"; and NBC's "Just Shoot Me" and "Law & Order."
