Powerscourt will serve a special four-course fixed-price menu - $49 for dinner on March 16 and 17, $39 for lunch on March 17 - with two seatings at lunch, three at dinner. Special entree choices for this holiday will include stuffed leg of lamb Wicklow with country stuffing in a rosemary red wine sauce, salmon Lough Derg with scallop mousse in dill cream sauce, and of course corned beef - but in this case prime cut corned beef with parsley sauce. Starters will, naturally, include Irish smoked salmon and Irish potato soup (with lobster garni).
