Before the dust clears, Walmart is expected to have three stores in Visalia that all sell groceries. Besides the Mooney and Noble Avenue stores, the big retailer has filed an application and actual building plans to build a 32,000-square-foot neighborhood market at Houston Avenue and Demaree Street.
