Abstract (Document Summary)

According to arrest papers, Wyoming borough police officers responding to reports of a drunken man in the street - later determined to be [Kennith Searfoss] - came across the fire around 5 p.m. last Saturday. A neighbor pointed to Searfoss and shouted, "There he is - the man that lit the fire," arrest papers say.

A witness, Nancy Ritsick, told officers she could see into Searfoss' apartment through a window and spotted him beating something off a wall in his kitchen prior to the fire. She then saw him walking through the parking lot in an "angry demeanor" as black smoke started to billow out of his apartment.
