Abstract (Document Summary)

State police at Frackville said Jennifer Whitner was attempting to pull into a parking spot in front of 237 W. Mahanoy St., at about 6:35 p.m. when for an unknown reason, she drove into a vehicle owned by Dan Demchock, Nuremberg. The force of the impact pushed Demchock's vehicle about four feet forward but after the crash Whitner, police said, exited her vehicle and walked to her home about one block away, leaving her crashed vehicle at the scene with its headlights still on.

Police said when [Antonio Betancourt Jr.] got out of his vehicle to look at the damage a Jeep Liberty slid into Betancourt's vehicle pinning Betancourt between his vehicle and the tractor trailer. The Jeep was driven by Richard Fluherty, 23, Elizabeth City, N.C.

Joseph M. Rayno Jr., 47, Weatherly, two counts DUI and one summary violation by state police at Frackville after a Nov. 3 offense in Kline Township.
