Abstract (Document Summary)

An unknown driver hit [Kevin Miller] at West North and North Franklin streets around 11 p.m. Friday and fled the scene, police said. Emergency medical workers treated traumatic injuries at the scene and at a local hospital. Miller was pronounced dead at Geisinger Wyoming Medical Center in Plains Township.
