Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
"They are the standard, no question about it," Seminary coach Scott Green said of Blair. "We've been looking at them in front of us for a few years now. Not just us, but everybody in the country. They are the premier program in the country, and we feel like we've made a little ground on them every year since I've gotten here." "(Rankings) definitely mean something for a day or two," [Eric Morris] said. "But after that, they don't mean much at all because at the end of the day, you are wrestling another kid. Whoever wins achieves that rank. I've been under the spotlight enough times. I don't think of the ranking as something that's important to me." "It seems like it's a really big adjustment, but I've seen all the top guys in the summer at the big tournaments," [Garrett Ryan] said. "Now, I'm just going to compete against them every weekend instead of once a year. It will challenge me to be the best all the time." Reproduced with permission of the copyright owner.
