Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
Rescue personnel freed George Malesky, 55, of Hanover Township from his Ford F-150 pickup after a crash. Police said Malesky crossed two lanes of Dundee Road before striking trees, and the truck rolled onto its side at 3:44 p.m. Friday. An ambulance took Malesky from the scene and his pickup truck was towed away. Police are still investigating the crash. After a report of a suspicious man on a bicycle around 7 p.m. Friday, police identified the man as Brian Pillonato, 45, of Wilkes-Barre, who was wanted by city police. Hanover Township police transported him to the Wilkes-Barre police headquarters. Reproduced with permission of the copyright owner.
