Abstract (Document Summary)

Despite the defendant's age, the county juvenile probation office has made information on the case, including the defendant's name, public because of the serious nature of the charges. Such disclosure is permitted under the state Juvenile Act when a defendant is at least 15 and the charges include felonies, [William Rossnock] said.

[John Wilkinson] was charged in May 2005 and adjudicated delinquent (similar to a finding of guilt in adult court) in June of this year on one count of rape, three counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, one count of aggravated indecent assault, three counts of indecent assault and one count of indecent exposure. The charges relate to incidents that occurred in Centre County from 2002 to 2005, according to Rossnock.
