The next date for pre-trial conferences in county court is April 13, but court officials said it is doubtful [Heather Lynn Fisher]'s case will be on the schedule next month since [Anne Shapiro]'s motions probably won't be filed within the next month.

According to a criminal complaint, Fisher is accused of lying to two state police officers when she said she was raped by current Shamokin Councilman Bruce Victoriano and former Councilman Edward O'Donnell between midnight and 2:30 a.m. Nov. 9, 2005, at an election-night party at the Knights of Columbus, 505 N. Shamokin St. The Knights building is rented for various functions throughout the year.
