Abstract (Document Summary)

Jamie Vonhendy, 35, of 295 Blankenship Creek Road, Burnsville, was charged with possession with intent to deliver and drug paraphernalia, Lt. Marty Crofton said.

Mr. [Eugene Jordan] allegedly burglarized a Bear Creek home and took jewelry. Neighbors contacted police, who chased Mr. Jordan from Bear Creek through Laurel Run to Wilkes-Barre, Trooper [Thomas Kelly] said. The chase began just before 11 a.m.

Police said witnesses saw the boy ride his bike across the street in front of a vehicle driven by Patricia Michko, 38, of Waymart. Ms. Michko struck the boy and dragged both him and the bike a few feet before stopping, police said.
