According to McCartan, cuts include: * A 3 percent decrease in reimbursements to contracting agencies. * Elimination of a contract for supportive employment development -- the contract provided the primary funding for Microenterprises. * Elimination of Community Enterprises nightlife activities. * 13 layoffs at CMH, and four terminations. * Reduced services at the jail for screening, assessment and substance abuse services. * Elimination of funding to some programs at St. Clair County RESA. * Individual adjustments to level of care based on an individual's needs. * Decrease in number of hours for those receiving Community Living Support. * A $4 per hour pay cut for workers in the Community Living Support program.
