Times Herald Thirty-seven people were arrested in the Blue Water Area after a collaborative effort between local and federal law enforcement agencies targeting the production and use of methamphetamine. The investigation netted 41 federal complaints charging people with purchasing more than 9 grams of pseudoephedrine in 30 days, an offense law enforcement officials said is linked to the production of methamphetamine.
