Police claim she broke into the trailer, took off her clothes, got dressed in women's clothing she found in the trailer, and stole a set of keys to a new all-terrain vehicle parked outside. Judge Marianne Vorhees imposed an enhanced sentence on grounds that Olden violated a position of trust in committing the crime; took advantage of and exploited the fact that the victim's mental illness (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder/bipolar disorder) made her vulnerable; and that he lied to the judge about his marital status and about his employment prospects when he moved to Muncie from Illinois (in fact, Olden had been less than diligent in seeking employment after arriving in Muncie to live with a relative).
