Abstract (Document Summary)

An ardent fisherman, golfer, hunter and licensed pilot, Hodgson was also an avid powerboat enthusiast, a pursuit he had acquired from his late father, John T. Hodgson.

Hodgson is also remembered fondly by patrons of Toronto's Old Mill restaurant, which he helped save from the wrecker's ball in the early '70s, and was also founder of the Doctor's House in Kleinburg, Ont.
