The CFL's expansion team from Sacramento didn't make the playoffs, but Gold Miners quarterback David Archer will be at the Grey Cup game, at the CFL's request. The league asked Telemedia, the new radio rightsholder, to include Archer as an analyst on the broadcast crew. AND ELSEWHERE: TSN is holding the 7:30 p.m. Tuesday slot for the tape of the heavyweight fight in which Evander Holyfield regained from Riddick Bowe that part of the title that Lennox Lewis doesn't have, but a network spokesman said last night the sports channel does not yet have a signed contract in hand. . . . CTV probably won't renew its contract to show a handful of Montreal Expos games (11 last season) and CBC is not interested. When more than 140 Jays games are available in a Jays-dominated market, it doesn't leave much advertising money or viewer time for anyone else; and, anyway, the Expos are restricted to 25 free TV and 25 cable games in Jays territory.
