(CP) - Richard Seguin was a four-time winner at the annual Quebec music industry awards show Sunday, while the ever-popular Ginette Reno collected two trophies, including one for best pop album. [Dion] was also a big winner again, though she wasn't on hand to accept the trophies because of an Australian tour. She collected for best-selling album of the year (Dion chante Plamondon) and as the Quebec artist who most distinguished herself in a language other than French.
