Canadians on the all-star offensive line are centre Mike Anderson of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, guards Pierre Vercheval of Toronto and Rocco Romano of the Calgary Stampeders and Winnipeg tackle Chris Walby. Placekicker Mark McLoughlin of Calgary rounds out the non- import selections made by six reporters in each of the league's 12 cities.

The Edmonton Eskimos and Toronto Argonauts each had four selections, with Winnipeg and Saskatchewan placing two players each on the team. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Sacramento Gold Miners each have two representatives, while the Ottawa Rough Riders, Shreveport Pirates and Las Vegas Posse were shut out in the balloting.

The American-only defence includes tackles Bennie Goods of Edmonton and Toronto's Rodney Harding, ends Tim Cofield of Hamilton and Will Johnson of Calgary, linebackers Ron Goetz of Saskatchewan and Calvin Tiggle of Toronto, halfbacks Charles Gordon of B.C. and Robert Holland of Edmonton, and cornerbacks Less Browne of B.C. and Baltimore's Irvin Smith.
