Is New york ready for Mayor Tiny Tim? A 60s novelty act still in search of a comeback
[SA2 Edition]

Toronto, Ont.
[Tiny Tim]'s falsetto was the rage of the '60s. He tiptoed all the way to the bank - in his heyday, he made $50,000 per week in Vegas. Half of the proceeds from the video and the song will go to the National Coalition Against Violence. The song hasn't been sold to a record label yet, and Tiny Tim is being realistic about his comeback attempt. Tiny Tim was born Herbert Khaury, a garment cutter's son from the Bronx. His mother was Polish Jewish, his father a Lebanese Catholic. Reproduced with permission of the copyright owner. Further reproduction or distribution is prohibited without permission.
