Ontario Tories probe funds raised, spent by party boss

Long, 30, a Toronto lawyer, has paid more than 400 visits to Tory riding and campus associations across the province since he became party president 2 1/2 years ago. The Tory executive appointed the two-person investigation team after some party members - who believe [Tom Long] is really travelling as party president mostly to promote himself as a leader - suggested he was raising money to finance a leadership campaign.
