Lisa Ptaschinski, [Tracey Wigginton]'s lover of a week at the time of the slaying, was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. Kim Jervis, 25, a 25-year-old photo technician, was found guilty of manslaughter and sentenced to 18 years. A fourth woman who was Wigginton's lover of eight months, Tracey Waugh, 23, was acquitted yesterday of being an accessory. Although no one saw Wigginton drink his blood, Waugh told police she smelled blood on Wigginton's breath. Reproduced with permission of the copyright owner.
