She's no stranger to Pearson International Airport. [Jess Walton], who plays manipulative Jill Foster Abbott on The Young And The Restless, is a native of Toronto. She woke pal Jeanne Cooper, Kay on Y & R, at home in Los Angeles, to tell Cooper she was nominated for best actress in drama series. Cooper is up against, among others, perpetual bridesmaid Susan Lucci, who is racking up her 13th nomination . In addition to her charitable work with Sick Kids and with recovering alcoholics, Walton is heavily involved in grief counselling with her husband, John W.
