Geulph, Ont.
King scored the winning goal and assisted on two others as the Storm downed the Kitchener Rangers 3-2 Friday in its inaugural game at the Guelph Sports and Entertainment Centre. After the Storm went up 3-0, the offence seemed to vanish, much as it did in the first four games of the season. In five games, the Storm has scored just 12 goals, with the line of King, St. Pierre and, now, Dustin Brown being the only consistently productive trio. Pollard, Dave; Big Hook - Derek Roy (14) of the Kitchener Rangers is knocked off his skates by a hook by defenceman Steve Chabbert of the Guelph Storm during OHL play Friday at the new Guelph Sports and Entertainment Centre.
