Mohamed Zeki Mahjoub told a Federal Court of Canada hearing yesterday at the University Ave. courthouse that he had been employed by bin Laden at an agricultural project the millionaire Saudi operated in Sudan, but was not involved in terrorism. Mahjoub admitted yesterday that from February, 1992 to May, 1993 he was personally hired by bin Laden and supervised some 4,000 employees on an agricultural project at the Al-Damazin Farms in Sudan. Mahjoub said after being hired, he had three meetings with bin Laden about the project. Reproduced with permission of the copyright owner.
