 Teen delegates debate world's hot topics ; Model U.N. gives 200 a voice in global politics

[Abrahamian] was chosen to play Afghanistan's delegate to the General Assembly at the third annual Chaminade Model United Nations, a.k.a. Chamun. The two-day conference, organized by Chaminade College School in North York, brings together more than 200 teenagers from all over Ontario. Chamun was the brainchild of Rob Salerno and Guido Petinelli, former Chaminade students who are now both at McGill University. They'd attended other mock U.N. sessions. "We were half right!" added Petinelli, 19, an architecture student. "But it's growing every year with kids from Grade 9 to OAC.
