Vincent Maynard Shirley, 40, 281 W.t 635 North, LaVerkin, was arrested Tuesday on charges of interfering with an arrest, driving on a denied driver's license, failure to yield, driving under the influence, evading police, driving with an open alcohol container and a warrant. Rosarita Ray, 49, 2099 E. Middleton Drive, St. George, was arrested Tuesday on charges of intoxication, domestic violence in the presence of a child, criminal mischief and simple assault.
