In an effort to remove Iron County attorney Scott F. Garrett from office for what they allege are high crimes and misdemeanors, Dennis and Misty Cheek filed nearly 500 pages of allegations and supporting documents this week in 5th District Court. The site gives the names of several confidential informants that testified against their daughter, and lists law enforcement agents the Cheeks allege have broken the law and violated citizens' civil rights.
