Earlier this year, Arizona's transportation board awarded $11.6 million for a repaving project from mile marker 13 to mile marker 29, essentially from the Virgin River to the Utah state line, and the Arizona Department of Transportation already has budgeted $15 million to repave the other 13 miles of its part of I-15, starting in 2015.
