Dingwall, who played Major Godber in Mark of Cain, had the recurring role of Pete Tyler in the 2005-06 series Doctor Who, and played characters in several other TV series for British television including In a Land of Plenty, Touching Evil, Soldier Soldier and Charles II: Champion's feature directing credits include the action-comedy "Short Time" and "The Cowboy Way" plus the television western "The Magnificent Seven" and Emmy-nominated "The Simple Life of Noah Dearborn."
